You can reach Katsurahama Beach from JR Kochi Station by Kochiken Kotsu bus in about 35 minutes for 700 yen. Alternatively, you can take the My Yu Bus, a tourist bus that goes from Kochi Station through Mount Godaisan to Katsurahama. The trip takes about an hour, and a 1-day pass costs 1000 yen.
