Buses run 1 to 3 times an hour from Miyanoura Ferry Terminal to Tsutsujiso, stopping at the Nokyo-mae bus stop in Honmura (5 minutes, 100 yen). You can also bike there in 10 minutes or walk in 35-45 minutes. Honmura has its own small port with ferries to Uno Port, though they are infrequent.
