Take bus 89 from Naha Bus Terminal to Itoman Bus Terminal (60 min, 590 yen, every 10-15 min). Then transfer to bus 82 and get off at Heiwakinendō-iriguchi (20 min, 480 yen, 1 bus/hour). By car, it takes about 50 minutes from central Naha.
