Sapporo Factory is a vibrant shopping and entertainment center located in central Sapporo. Opened in 1993, it features around 160 stores, including clothing shops, souvenir outlets, restaurants, cafes, and a multi-screen cinema. The stores are arranged around a five-story atrium, creating a spacious and welcoming atmosphere.

Built on the site of Japan's first brewery, Sapporo Factory retains historical charm with its red brick Akarenga building, reflecting Hokkaido's early development. Visitors can explore the brewery inside the Akarenga and enjoy local beers at the beer hall or tasting bar.
