Akasaka Sacas
Akasaka Sacas (赤坂サカス) is a modern "city within a city" in Tokyo, developed by TBS (Tokyo Broadcasting System) to follow in the footsteps of Fuji Television, Nippon Television, and TV Asahi. It features several impressive buildings, including TBS headquarters, a 39-story office tower called Biz Tower, and a residential high-rise. Visitors can also enjoy Broadway-style performances at the ACT Theater, which hosts internationally acclaimed spectacles.
Akasaka Sacas offers diverse shopping and dining experiences, particularly on the first floors of Biz Tower. While it may have fewer options than other Tokyo "city within a city" districts, it still boasts a range of high-quality international cuisine. For TV enthusiasts, the TBS shop sells unique souvenirs related to Japanese television.
