Himeji Science Museum

Himeji City Science Museum, also known as the "Atom Building," is a fascinating destination for science enthusiasts. Opened in 1993, the museum underwent a complete renovation in 2009, offering a range of interactive exhibits. Visitors can explore "The Earth and Nature of Himeji," "Science Around Us," and "Our Universe" on the second to fourth floors, making science accessible and fun for all ages.

The museum also features one of Japan’s largest planetariums, with a 27-meter dome and 284 seats. Special exhibitions and events are held frequently, ensuring there's always something new to experience.
