Okada Museum of Art (岡田美術館, Okada Bijutsukan) in Hakone is a treasure trove of East Asian art, spanning from ancient times to modern masterpieces. Opened in 2013, this private museum boasts an impressive collection of Japanese and Chinese ceramics, sculptures, and paintings. Set in a serene landscape with a Japanese garden, teahouse, and café featuring a hot spring foot bath, it offers a perfect blend of culture and relaxation.
The first two floors highlight exquisite Chinese and Japanese ceramics, from ancient bronzes to Ming porcelain, while the upper floors showcase diverse Japanese artworks.
