Take the JR Kagoshima Line from Hakata Station to Kashii Station (10 minutes), then transfer to the JR Kashii Line to Uminonakamichi Station (20 minutes). The total journey takes about 40 minutes and costs 480 yen. The station is right outside the entrance.
Alternatively, take a 20-minute ferry from Momochi Seaside Park to Uminonakamichi for 1,200 yen one way. Ferries depart approximately every two hours, with more frequent services during busy seasons.
