Kobe Harborland (神戸ハーバーランド) is a vibrant shopping and entertainment district located between JR Kobe Station and the waterfront. This lively area offers a range of shops, restaurants, cafes, and attractions, making it a perfect spot for both tourists and couples. The highlight of Harborland is Umie, a major shopping complex split into three areas: Mosaic, South Mall, and North Mall.
