Visitors can take a scenic ropeway ride that departs near the Kanmon Pedestrian Tunnel entrance, leading them directly to the park's observation deck. The deck offers stunning views of the city, strait, and surrounding mountains.

To get to Hinoyama Park from JR Shimonoseki Station, take a bus to Chofu Station and Ozuki Office. The bus ride takes about 12 minutes, and then you’ll walk for 5 minutes. Get off at Mimosusogawa and walk for 5 more minutes to reach the park.
