From Tokyo to Shimonoseki

From Tokyo, you can fly to Yamaguchi-Ube or Kitakyushu Airport in about 100 minutes with JAL, ANA, or Starflyer. Regular fares are around 40,000 yen, but discounts often range from 11,000 to 21,000 yen. From the airports, buses go to Shimonoseki Station—80 minutes from Yamaguchi-Ube (3,000 yen) and 70 minutes from Kitakyushu (1,000 yen).
