Hydrangea Festival is a must-see during Japan's rainy season. From June 1st to July 7th, the Mimuroto-ji Temple’s garden comes alive with over 20,000 hydrangea flowers in 50 vibrant varieties. Founded over 1,200 years ago, Mimuroto-ji Temple also offers a rich historical backdrop for those interested in Japan's past. Admission is ¥1,000 for adults and ¥500 for children.

To visit Mimuroto-ji Temple during the Hydrangea Festival, take a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride from Mimurodo Station.
