3 Hour Japanese Pressed Sushi cooking class

-In this program, you can learn basic Japanese cooking from a teacher who has studied Japanese home cooking for over 10 years. Learn about soup stock and local vegetables from her knowledge.

-The classroom is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the historically famous Shinshoji Temple.

-The class will be held in a rented corner of a Japanese sweets shop “NAGOMI NO YONEYA” that has been in business for over 100 years.
During the lesson, you can also enjoy seasonal sweets from a　the shop.

She started teaching cooking more than ten years ago in her home kitchen. .Her grandmother, who was a very good cook, cooked for her family every day using only seasonal ingredients. she hopes to continue to pass on tradition and shere the beauty of Japanese home cooking and the authenticity to the Japan travers.
