Hakkeijima Sea Paradise
Hakkeijima Sea Paradise (八景島シーパラダイス), located on a small island just south of Yokohama, is one of Japan's most popular amusement parks. Visitors can freely explore the island's parks, shops, and restaurants, but an entry fee is required for the exciting attractions at Aqua Resorts and Pleasure Land. Aqua Resorts features the Aqua Museum, home to incredible sea creatures like walruses, dolphins, and whale sharks. You can also experience the Dolphin Fantasy, a tunnel where dolphins and stingrays swim around you, and Fureai Lagoon, where visitors can interact with sea animals.
Pleasure Land offers thrilling rides for all ages, including the Blue Fall, a 107-meter free-fall experience, and the Surf Coaster, a rollercoaster that loops over the sea. The Merry-go-round is a charming highlight, especially when illuminated at night. Whether you're seeking animal encounters or adrenaline-pumping rides, Hakkeijima Sea Paradise offers a unique and unforgettable experience for visitors of all ages.
