Hikawa Maru (日本郵船氷川丸) is a historic ship moored near Yamashita Park in Yokohama. First launched in 1930, it served as a luxurious ocean liner on the Yokohama-Vancouver/Seattle route. Known for its first-class cabins, the ship attracted notable passengers, including members of the Imperial Family and celebrities like Charlie Chaplin. The Hikawa Maru is located next to Yamashita Park. It's a 5-minute walk from Motomachi-Chukagai Station (8 minutes, 230 yen from Yokohama Station) on the Minato Mirai Line. The ship is also just 5 minutes from Chinatown or a 30-minute walk from Minato Mirai.

You can take the Akaikutsu Loop Bus or Bayside Blue Bus to get to the park. These buses connect other popular places in central Yokohama. A one-way ticket costs 220 yen, or you can buy a 600 yen day pass.
