Myoban Yunosato is a 3-minute walk from Jizoyu-mae Bus Stop, which you can reach by bus #5 or #41 from either Beppu Station (West Exit, Stop #3) or Kannawa Onsen.

Myoban Yunosato
Myoban Yunosato (みょうばん湯の里) sits on the scenic slopes of the Myoban district, just above Beppu city. Known for its cloudy, sulfur-rich waters, this onsen offers both indoor and outdoor baths perfect for a relaxing soak. While the outdoor tubs mostly face a wooden fence, the peaceful atmosphere and natural steam make it a soothing spot to unwind.
The site is also home to charming thatched huts where traditional yunohana (sulfur powder) is still made—a unique cultural experience for visitors. Small shops sell local bath products and souvenirs, making Myoban Yunosato a relaxing stop with a touch of history and local craft.
