You can fly to Ishigaki Island from Tokyo in about 3 hours. ANA and JTA fly from Haneda, and Peach flies from Narita. Regular tickets cost up to ¥77,000, but discounts bring it down to ¥25,000–¥45,000. Peach is cheaper, from around ¥8,000.
