From Tokyo to Naruto

From Tokyo, you can fly to Tokushima in about 70 minutes with JAL or ANA. Tickets usually cost ¥42,000, but discounts often bring it down to ¥17,000–¥26,000. From Tokushima Airport, take a bus to Naruto Station in 20 minutes (¥340), or stay on to reach Naruto Park in 50 minutes (¥580). Buses run about once an hour.

From Tokyo, you can reach Naruto by train using the Japan Rail Pass via Okayama and Takamatsu, taking around 6 hours total, followed by a short bus ride to Naruto Park.

From Tokyo, you can take an overnight bus to Tokushima, with a stop at Kosoku Naruto (¥7,700–¥13,800 one way). From there, it’s a 5-minute walk to Konarutobashi bus stop, where local buses go to Naruto Station (3 min, ¥170) and Naruto Park (20 min, ¥350).

From Osaka, Japan Rail Pass users can reach Naruto by train in about 4.5 hours. Take the Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka to Okayama (50 min), then the Marine Liner to Takamatsu (1 hr), the Uzushio express to Ikenotani (1 hr), and a local train to Naruto (20 min). Buses from Naruto Station go to Naruto Park in 20 minutes (¥390).
